As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on what 2025 brought and I can say with full heart, it’s been a beautiful mix of real estate, family, community, and growth.
Professionally, this year was a major one. I officially rebranded with a great new look and began laying the foundation for a real estate team that reflects what matters most to me, which is connection, community, and genuine care for the people we serve. I spent a lot of time on the road, back and forth between Nova Scotia and Ontario, capturing content, meeting with clients, and building something incredibly meaningful.
In March, I was honoured to be named a Top 5% Donor to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and later in August, I received the Annapolis Valley Shelter Award for the second year in a row. These recognitions mean so much because they reflect the heart of what this work is really all about; helping people feel safe and supported.
I also had the chance to attend the Royal LePage Chairman’s Club Mastermind Summit at the Four Seasons in Toronto. Spending time with other top-performing REALTORS across Canada gave me fresh ideas and new inspiration to bring back to Nova Scotia.
Of course, real estate moments made the year memorable too. From helping first-time buyers settle into their new home, to watching families trade city views for backyard apple trees in Port Williams. Fall brought one of my favourite Valley traditions which is apple picking at Willowbank Farm. It’s a really great day with tons of family and fresh air.
Personally, this year brought joy in many forms. I spent time with my daughter in London, Ontario while she’s studying at Western. In September, we visited Nashville, where I bought my youngest daughter her first pair of cowboy boots and in August, I proudly sponsored the Rock the Wagon fundraiser, supporting music and mental wellness across our community.
As we step into the next year, I want to say thank you to my clients, my community, and everyone who shared a piece of this journey with me. Here’s to continued growth, meaningful connections, and another great year ahead.All the best to you and yours in 2026!
