ABOUT KEVIN
Hey there, I’m Kevin Scott. I’m a proud Nova Scotian by choice, and one of the province’s top-producing REALTOR®s. After 22 years in Ontario, I made the move here in 2020 and never looked back. My first-hand relocation experience plays a huge part in my approach, and I’ve built my business to make that same journey easier, smoother, and more informed for others.
Before I got into real estate, I spent over two decades in the fast-paced world of media and marketing, working with one of the largest media companies in North America. That experience shaped how I think about business: strategy matters, execution matters, and the relationships you build matter the most. It’s helped me stand out as a trusted advisor, a strong negotiator, and someone who knows how to get things done the right way.
I’ve also personally bought, renovated, and sold homes in Toronto, Uxbridge, and the Annapolis Valley—so I understand what makes a smart investment, and what makes a place feel like home.
Now, I’m building something bigger. I’m assembling a team of top-tier agents embedded across every region of Nova Scotia—local experts who live where they work, and who share my commitment to delivering best-in-class service. Together, the KSRE Team is creating a real estate experience that’s seamless, thoughtful, and focused entirely on you.
If you’re thinking about making a move, whether it’s across town or across the country, I’d be honoured to guide you home.

After living in Ontario from 1996 to 2022 — mainly in the Barrie and Parry Sound areas — I made the move to Nova Scotia to turn a long-standing passion for homes into a professional path. I officially became licensed in 2024, following nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing residential properties. This background has given me a strong understanding of what makes a home both functional and comfortable.
Earlier in my career, I worked in veterinary medicine with a focus on wildlife rehabilitation, graduating both programs with honours. That experience taught me the value of care, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving — all of which now shape how I support clients in real estate.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors, lounging with my pets, or painting on canvas. I’m so excited to be part of a team that shares not only a connection to Ontario but a passion for helping people find their place in beautiful Nova Scotia.

I’ve always loved meeting new people, and that’s a big part of what drives my passion for real estate. Helping clients find the home that truly fits their lifestyle is a genuine pleasure, and I take pride in going the extra mile to make the entire experience a positive one.
Born and raised in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, I have strong roots throughout the province. With over 20 years of experience in the airline industry and a lifetime shaped by Maritime hospitality, I understand the value of real connection. My approach is simple: I put you first and make your goals my own.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2019, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for how significant the decision to buy or sell a home really is. I bring care, attention, and sensitivity to every step of the journey, because that’s exactly what you deserve.
This process is all about you. I take the time to understand your needs and wants, guide you through every stage, and support you in finding a home that feels just right.

Kyle brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to the KSRE team, including 12 years in management with a strong focus on operations. During this time, he honed his ability to solve complex problems, lead teams effectively, and remain calm under pressure—skills that now serve his clients exceptionally well in the fast-paced world of real estate. Alongside this, Kyle has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 1.5 years, combining his deep customer service background with a growing expertise in property sales and investment.
Born and raised in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Kyle developed a lasting appreciation for the unique lifestyle this region offers. After college, he spent 15 years living and working in Halifax, gaining insight into the energy of city life before moving back to the Valley in 2019. This blend of urban and rural experience allows him to connect with a wide range of clients and provide perspective on the different lifestyles Nova Scotia has to offer.
When he’s not working tirelessly on behalf of his clients, Kyle can usually be found at home with his wife, Candice, their four dogs—Sadie, Timber, Raven, and Hank—and their five cats (yes, really five!). He enjoys developing his homestead, tinkering in the garage, and tackling a steady list of home improvement projects. His other interests include cooking, camping, fishing, all things automotive, and of course, exploring new opportunities in real estate investment.
Kyle’s approach to real estate is built on honesty, professionalism, and straightforward communication. He prides himself on quickly building trust, listening carefully to each client’s needs, and tailoring the process to create a smooth and stress-free experience. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, or investing in the Annapolis Valley and beyond, Kyle will be there to support you every step of the way.
